Our home is built on lots of Grace, second chances, open hearts, and the quiet understanding that God places people in our lives exactly when we need them most. I’m a mama by calling and by choice, raising two incredible children who happen to be my grandchildren—but in every way that matters, they are mine. They call me Mimi, and together we are building a life rooted in faith, love, and perseverance.
Our family has been shaped by both joy and loss. Our daughter Addison was one of the children entrusted to my heart, and while her time with us was brief, her life left a lasting imprint. She was my child in every sense of the word, a light that shaped who we are and how we love. Though her time with us was tiny, her presence was immense enough to fill the world and her presence remains woven into everything we do. She taught us about courage, tenderness, and the depth of a love that never leaves—even when heaven feels closer than earth. We carry her with us in our faith, in our healing, and in the way we choose to love boldly and without reservation.
Life here is soundly and beautifully imperfect. It’s laughter around the table, faith woven into ordinary moments, lessons learned through loss and grace, and hope that continues to rise. We believ family is built on the solid ground of the Lord. It is an intricate fabric woven with patience, forgiveness, shared responsibility, and the kind of grace that only God can provide.
